Hydrasip Warranty and Returns

Warranty Information:

We are proud of the materials andworkmanship that goes into each hydrasip bottle, and we stand behindall of our products and accessories. But we also know that on occasion,things go awry.

Hydrasip offers a 60 day warranty againstmanufacturer's defects on every bottle sold (including the cap).hydrasip water bottles are made of high quality stainless steel, andwith proper use and care, will last for many years to come. If there isa problem with the bottle or cap due to manufacturing defect during thefirst 60 days of use, we will gladly replace it free of charge.

Normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents, is not covered under the hydrasip warranty.

Hydrasip bottles are not designed to be frozen or heated, placed in amicrowave, placed in a dish washer and are hand wash only any and allactions void the hydrasip warranty.

Return Information:

When you receive your order, always keep the paper work included in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Save any email confirmations you receive regarding your order, as this will assist in providing necessary information.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date.  A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.  You can request an RMA online - by clicking here, or you can contact hydarsip customer care at
custserv@hydrasip.com or call 877-359-1407. Return merchandise shipping costs are non refundable.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition, or they will be rejected and retuned to the customer.

A restocking fee may apply to returned item(s) that have been canceled from an order after the order has been processed and/or assigned to a fulfillment location, or for all bulk order returns.

Defective Item(s)
If the item(s) you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective.  If you receive a defective item(s) immediately contact hydrasip customer care at
custserv@hydrasip.com or call 877-359-1407 for assistance.

Damaged Item(s)
Damaged merchandise includes an item(s) which has been damaged in shipping.  If a shipment arrives at your requested shipping location with obvious shipping damage, delivery must be refused.  If delivery is accepted prior to acknowledgement of damage, immediately contact hydrasip customer care at
custserv@hydrasip.com or call 877-359-1407 for assistance.  If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paper work, do not discard.  If you attempt to return item(s) without authorized RMA from hydrasip you will jeopardize your chances of making a claim, and may not receive credit for the return.

Incorrect/Missing Item(s)
If you receive incorrect or missing item(s) from your order, please contact hydrasip customer care immediately at
custserv@hydrasip.com or call 877-359-1407.  To expedite a resolution, please provide (your web order number, it’s a 7 digit number on the invoice you received with your order), the item(s) number and quantity that was shipped in error or missing from your order.  Hydrasip will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable.
